Product Manager

Requirements:

• Must have at least 7+ years of experience in Product Management as a Project Management/Manager in Banking or FinTech sector.
• Banking experience is a must.
• Excellent experience in analysis, design, and development of business requirements
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with Agile development environments
• Excellent knowledge in Integration and API concepts is a must
• Experience with leading multiple projects, a product team and catering for external clients
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset.
• Open banking experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical product team in scrum methodology
• Manage technical project requirement with clients
• Plan projects professionally through all phases.
• Leverage strong knowledge of banking industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer pain points to inform product development features and decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into user stories.
• Take ownership of the product and sprints backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals.
• Apply agile Scrum principles to drive the development process and scrum events.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
