Business Development Manager Licensing

Job Summary:

Leading business development and in-licensing activities at Tabuk including new business opportunities identification, evaluation, assessment, and establishing licensing partnerships.

Technical Duties

• Evaluating market trends through different channels and introducing new licensing leads.
• Preparing business cases and managing all related aspects with internal stakeholders including R&D, Finance, Operations, Commercial, Portfolio, Regulatory, and Project Management Office.
• Lead deal structuring and negotiation processes with potential partners.
• Preparing, managing, negotiating, and executing agreements.
• Creating and maintaining key strategic partnerships.

Executing Department Plans and Programs

• Executing department plans and programs as part of the company plan in order to achieve the overall goals and strategies.
• Implementing regulations, technical and administrative decisions for achieving plans and programs which complies with the approved authorities and responsibilities.

Required Educational Level and Certificates

University Degree in Pharmacy or Engineering, A Master degree is a plus.

Required Experience

Minimum of (12) years of experience in a similar field.
