As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of graphic designers, developing materials in line with modern medical communication and digitalization requirements, and ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders. You will also evaluate and recommend new methods, materials, and equipment for use in medical illustration, follow standards and guidelines for consistency with corporate visual identity, and be the final gatekeeper of quality before work is delivered back to our Global Medical teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree required in graphic design, visual communications, or related degree
Graphical design background with a solid understanding of medical communication
Ability to work on multiple print and digital projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work proactively to address customer and overall business needs
Demonstrated ability to apply practical or technical knowledge and experience to visual brand issues
Strong experience in creative design, infographics, typography, medical illustration, data visualization, and layout
Passionate about visual storytelling
Ability to manage ambiguity
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Strong English interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to multi-task
