Procurement/Logistics Officer

About the Job

Prepare the customs documentation process.

Handling the containers movement procedures after loading.

Ensure container movement from customs as quick as possible.

Coordinates with suppliers the quantities of the supplied materials and the terms of delivery.

Assist in Negotiating payment terms and delivery methods.

Arranging with the supplier the required documentations for goods clearance.

Assist in Follow-up on the clearance procedures & documentations receive and ensuring the arrival of the shipments in good conditions to the sites.

Bid assessment and cooperating in taking decisions on best offers provided.

Maintain section operational documents and reports.

Coordinating among different departments (Supply, Demand, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance) to ensure smooth operation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
