Provide site technical support for reliability programs in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
Apply reliability methodologies such as RCM RAM FMECA MTBF and Bad Actors analysis to optimize operational performance.
Conduct and implement reliability assessments and manage reliability programs.
Utilize investigation tools such as FRACAS RCA and TAPROOT to identify and resolve reliability issues.
Perform analysis and assessments related to asset management and maintenance systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and practices in all projects.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field. Master s in Reliability Engineering & Asset Management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of site technical support in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Certifications (Required):- Certified Asset Management Assessor (MUST)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (MUST)
- Certified Reliability Engineer (MUST)
Certifications (Preferred):- Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level I (MLA I)
- Vibration CAT II
- Ultrasound Testing (UTI)
Skills & Expertise:- Excellent knowledge of reliability programs (RCM RAM FMECA etc.).
- Familiarity with reliability investigation tools such as FRACAS RCA and TAPROOT.
- Strong understanding of engineering practices economic principles and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in market research and analysis. Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of procurement. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance. Strong ethics and integrity in supplier relationships.
