Job Description
Provide expert-level technical support for Routing & Switching infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Manage and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with network architects and other IT teams to design and implement network upgrades, expansions, and enhancements.
Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
