Job Description

Pinerium is seeking a Zoho Project Manager Officer to lead and manage the implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from conception to delivery with specific experience in Zoho applications. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful of Zoho projects on time and within budget.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies excellent client communication skills and a passion for delivering highquality Zoho solutions that align with clients business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and :

    • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones resources and deliverables for Zoho solution implementations.
    • Ensure that project objectives align with client needs and Pinerium s strategic goals.
    • Monitor and track project progress adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Engagement and Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Regularly update clients on project status deliverables and any potential issues.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all expectations are met.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers consultants and support staff to ensure smooth project .
    • Assign and manage tasks ensuring team members understand project goals and timelines.
    • Lead project meetings providing updates identifying risks and troubleshooting issues.
  • Zoho Solutions Implementation:

    • Oversee the deployment and configuration of Zoho products including Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other relevant applications.
    • Customize Zoho applications to meet clientspecific requirements working closely with the technical team.
    • Ensure the seamless integration of Zoho solutions with clients existing systems.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving:

    • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
    • Resolve projectrelated issues and challenges ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and client satisfaction.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Use Zoho Projects and other tools to track project performance identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.
    • Prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients highlighting progress upcoming milestones and any potential risks or delays.
  • PostProject Support and Training:

    • Organize training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using Zoho solutions.
    • Provide postproject support and troubleshooting ensuring client satisfaction and longterm success of the implemented solutions.


Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management ideally with Zoho applications.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects or similar Zoho solutions.
    • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Zoho products and their business applications.
    • Experience using project management tools like Zoho Projects or other project tracking software.
    • Ability to oversee Zoho solution customizations and integrations.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
    • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • ProblemSolving Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving projectrelated challenges efficiently.
  • Certifications:

    • Zoho certification (Zoho CRM Certified Consultant Zoho Creator Developer) is a plus.
    • PMP or Agile certifications are desirable.

Minimum 3 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments. Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are desirable.
