About the role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our Web3 & crypto marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO you will own our marketing strategy drive brand awareness and spearhead highimpact initiatives across digital channels content events and industry partnerships.
This role combines bigpicture strategy with handson in a fastevolving space. Were looking for someone with a strong interest in digital assets who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to take ownership of marketing initiatives while gaining deeper experience in institutional sales within the dynamic Web3 and crypto industry. Your ability to craft compelling narratives execute datadriven campaigns and navigate the complexities of institutional finance will be key to shaping our brands presence and driving growth.
What you will contribute:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to establish and strengthen our brand presence
- Building and positioning our brand as a trusted industry leader through thought leadership storytelling and consistent messaging
- Creating and refining compelling content across multiple formats including blog posts whitepapers reports and website content
- Managing and growing our digital presence across key channels including social media email marketing and targeted campaigns
- Building and nurturing highvalue relationships with industry influencers media and key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and market position
- Driving visibility and engagement through event participation sponsorships and strategic partnerships
- Collaborating crossfunctionally with product sales and other teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Monitoring industry trends and adapting marketing efforts proactively to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
What you bring:
- Proven experience of executing product marketing activities in a similar role
- Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain and ideally staking
- Expertise in institutional marketing with a clear grasp of the unique needs of institutional clients and experience crafting tailored marketing campaigns and collateral
- Strong content creation and distribution skills with experience managing social media platforms and basic website (CMS) management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities capable of handling multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset thriving both independently and within a highperforming team
- Passion energy and enthusiasm for taking on challenges in a fastmoving industry
- Proactive selfmotivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for brand awareness and growth
- Previous experience in a startup environment or a strong desire to work in a fastpaced dynamic setting
