Job Description:
Currently we are looking for a Wellbeing Counselor for our office in Hanoi. This position aims to support our employees in counseling and treatment for any mental health problems to maintain the worklife balance.
Our Wellbeing Counselor will work independently and proactively in order to maintain the good mental health for our employees
Provide psychological counseling service for employees on issues such as life work family relationships...
Assess and evaluate the psychological problems of our employees to propose solutions or ideas to improve employees situations
Coordinate in psychological and mental training activities for employees
Working hours: 5 working shifts 40 hours) per week (Monday Sunday) scheduled by the company.
Job Requirement:
Our Wellbeing Counselor is expected to have the following qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Psychology Counseling or Clinical Psychology Industrial Psychology Occupational Health Mental Health and Social Work;
At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling;
Good English proficiency;
Thrive in a fastpaced content moderation environment;
Open to work shifting schedules;
Good communication skills;
Proactive and can work independently;
Personal traits and selfmanagement skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
