Position Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sourcing interviewing and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job boards social media networking and other creative methods
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain an organized and uptodate candidate database
- Manage and update job postings across various platforms
- Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and assist in onboarding processes
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for multiple industries or job functions
- Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role Excellent time-management and organizational skills High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education
