Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. L&D Organizational Development or a technical discipline). A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in designing and implementing technical career development programs or initiatives at a Defense sector
Strong understanding of technical roles competencies and career paths within the organization.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to plan coordinate and execute career development initiatives effectively.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other elearning platforms.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the technical field.
Professional certifications related to career development coaching or training are desirable.
