Job Description
- Develop strategies for the use of data analytics AI and automation in collaboration with financial auditors specifically for each audit client within the global Deloitte network;
- Work closely with NSE and Global teams to establish innovation strategies for the audit process in general;
- Design and develop data analytics AI and automation applications for the audit practice that are applicable internationally;
- Train and advise financial auditors on data analytics AI and automation;
- Utilize and further expand an international network within Deloitte;
- Coach and train junior colleagues in the Audit Analytics team;
- Develop and improve processes and standards within the team.
- You will be part of an enthusiastic and culturally diverse team and have the opportunity to work flexibly at various Deloitte locations in the Netherlands. You will participate in large proposals and have a role in advisory projects in addition to audit work.

- Approximately 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in data analytics/science within the financial sector;
- Experience in managing a team and multiple projects;
- A completed (relevant) masters degree;
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL Python Power BI and Tableau;
- Experience with Azure Databricks and DevOps is a plus;
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English both spoken and written.
