Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our data strategy and transform our data landscape as a Data & Analytics Manager. In this role you will enhance our data capabilities provide insightful datadriven solutions and lead a dynamic team of data professionals. Your strong communication skills will be essential in translating complex data strategies into actionable business initiatives engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the data strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Oversee the entire data product lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
- Provide datadriven insights that create business value and support decisionmaking.
- Engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to effectively communicate data strategies.
- Implement best practices in data governance analytics and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk management through data solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends continuously innovating and integrating new data technologies.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration between business technology and analytics teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
- 5 7 years of proven experience in an analytical role within the banking sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or team leadership role focusing on team development and client interaction.
- Strong track record of delivering complex analytical solutions.
- Expertise in problemsolving through data analytics.
- Experience managing a data product lifecycle including planning business cases and .
- Proven ability to work at strategic tactical and technical levels.
- Background in technical data roles (e.g. Data Engineer Data Architect Data Scientist).
- Ability to translate technical data concepts into business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Experience conducting usability studies and customer research.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years of business management experience in Data Management Data Analytics or Data Science.
- 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role within data management or analytics.
- Handson experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
