- Manage a shared portfolio of clients forming strong relationships with some of our Sales & Customer Service to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Manage debtors accounts within agreed important metrics including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets.
- Address and resolve any finance queries lodged pertaining to accounts within specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain open communication channels and keep detailed records of all our customer interactions.
- Work autonomously and as a team with other departments to tackle agreed problems and provide exceptional service.
- Allocate all incoming payments correctly using remittance advice.
- Keep up to date with any marketing product finance or fraudulent activity to ensure that you are able to respond to queries.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Credit Management or Finance is highly valued.
- Customerfocused with a strong ability to provide excellent service and build lasting relationships.
- Capable of establishing strong connections with internal collaborators such as Sales and Customer Service.
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions and process enhancements with a passion for driving efficiency and change.
