We are seeking a commercially strong financially astute Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing UK team. In this varied and dynamic position you will work closely with our UK CEO as well as Sales Marketing Product and Operations teams to own development and manage of Teyas UK Sales and Marketing gotomarket strategy. You will take a projectbased approach to major strategic topics that impact our financial targets conducting commercial analysis developing recommendations implementing processes and automations and looking for ways to consistently improve commercial performance.
As a member of our UK Operations leadership team you will need to span strategy analytics and combining an eye for innovative commercial strategies focus on unit economics and P&L metrics and an ability to drive implementation of new processes. This role is ideal for someone who is as keen to think up new strategies as they are to execute in the detail and wants to drive impact across sales and operations within a fastgrowing tech scaleup.
Were looking for someone to:
Manage of our UK Sales and Marketing strategy owning the endtoend product proposition.
Design and implement gotomarket strategies around product marketing positioning and pricing for existing products and new product launches.
Coordinate with various commercial teams to deliver strong business results and improve business KPIs.
Improve existing operations and setup new processes and automations for sales and operations enablement.
Perform indepth analysis on the sales funnel and product performance creating dashboards and adapting strategies for repricing and incentives.
Manage various operational projects such as product rollout risk management and fraud prevention.
Work closely with our UK CEO as an influential member of the UK Leadership Team.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
Extensive experience within Revenue Operations Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.
Ideally worked in a fastpaced scaleup tech environment working with merchants and/or small local businesses.
Strong skills in data analysis with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various teams through efficient communication.
Proven experience building and improving operational processes.
Strategic mindset with project management and skills.
Financially astute with strong business acumen.
