What Youll Do
As a critical part of our engineering team your responsibilities will include:
- Install and Innovate Visiting customer sites to set up stateoftheart voice and data services ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshoot Like a Pro Resolving issues with handson support after initial triage by our Service Operations team.
- Configure and Customise Bringing hardware to life by configuring it to meet specific customer requirements.
- Be the Link Acting as the goto expert in customer comms rooms offering smart hands support for our wider engineering initiatives.
