Please note this role can be offered on a hybrid working basis. 50 must be worked from one of the below offices:
- Hartlepool

Join our team for an exciting mission to provide highquality proactive support to a vibrant multiclient community. As a Security Operations Network Engineer deliver bestinclass solutions work with cuttingedge tech and thrive in a customerfocused support team.
Responsibilities:
- Safeguard network through meticulous security and vulnerability patch management.
- Investigate alerts respond swiftly to incidents and provide valuable recommendations.
- Perform proactive scanning implement ITHC remediation and join thrilling threat hunting missions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams automate remediation and analyze Cisco/Palo firewalls.
- Embrace variety get involved in exciting business activities and work across different locations.
- Be flexible covering outofhours work and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Relevant experience in large network environments.
- Proficiency in Cisco ASA/Firepower Palo Alto/Panorama technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptable drive customers forward in a fastchanging IT landscape.
- Hold or obtain relevant security clearances (SC and NPPV).
- Selfmotivated excellent communication clientfacing skills.
- Full driving license awareness of recognized security practices.
Desirable:
- Experience with Pulse Secure Gemalto/Thales network automation.

- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a preexisting right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be required.
