Job Description
Summary and purpose of the Job:
Support the Fixed Networks Delivery and Operational teams in delivering first class managed solutions to our clients.
If you want to further your career from a vibrant and fastpaced organisation this might be the role for you.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Trouble shooting and support after initial triage.
- Support Field Engineers and other internal departments as required.
- Configuration of equipment and design of solutions.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- WANLAN and security knowledge.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches
- Customer service experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
