Job Description
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify and target new markets sectors and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide actionable insights to guide business strategy.
- Proposal and Presentation Development
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership
- Work closely with marketing product development and operations teams to align on business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as required.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and performance metrics.
- Present regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in business development sales or a related role.
- 35 years in a similar position.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
