Job Description

The Inside Sales Rep will join a successful team of professionals on our Healthcare team focused on prospecting and qualifying leads supporting the sales team and driving growth in our Healthcare vertical.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Utilize tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to build a list of healthcare merchant leads.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Develop email sequences cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Qualifying Leads: Handle initial conversations with merchants identifying their needs and determining their fit for the platform.
  • Smaller Merchants: Close deals for merchants doing less than $1 million in financing providing account management and support.
  • Large Merchant Support: Prospect and drive interest with a call to action of setting up calls with other team members for introduction calls. Assist senior team members in nurturing relationships with larger accounts setting up demos and helping with followup.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and uptodate sales pipeline in the companys CRM system. Regularly update lead status activities and next steps to ensure efficient followup and reporting.
  • Sales Forecasting: Contribute to the teams sales forecasting efforts by providing accurate projections for your pipeline and closed deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of the companys products services and value proposition. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls made emails sent meetings scheduled and conversion rates. Use this data to continuously improve your sales approach.

Qualifications :

  • Associates degree in business marketing or related field highly preferred
  • Candidates should have 12 years of sales experience ideally in SaaS fintech or healthcare
  • Familiarity with prospecting and tools like ZoomInfo HubSpot and LinkedIn is essential
  • Strong computer skills (Excel word Google Docs etc)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills ability to handle objections and comfortable with cold call outreach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights
