Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Rep to join our team in Chicago. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries resolving issues and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Salary:$17.50 $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Provide information about our products and services addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Assist with account setup troubleshooting and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
