Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Hybrid 2 days per week in Richmond Hill ON
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with existing accounts focusing on growth through mushrooming crossselling and upselling IT services and offerings. Ideal candidates background would be from a ValueAddedReseller (VAR) or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth.
Collaborate directly with OEM partners to manage pricing product specifications and quotations.
Leverage vendorsponsored resources and OEM discount programs to enhance sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue expansion within the current customer base.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales or account management preferably in a technical or MSP/VAR environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Familiarity with OEM programs pricing strategies and sales processes is an asset
