1. Responsible for the daily operation management of ecommerce platforms including product listing order processing inventory management and customer service.
2. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operation and efficient of the ecommerce platform.
3. Track and analyze the operation data of ecommerce platforms formulate and implement improvement measures.
4. Manage and optimize product promotion plans to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
5. Communicate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
6. Responsible for the daily management and training of the team and promote the development of team members.
7. Continuously pay attention to market trends and industry trends and provide suggestions for the companys ecommerce strategy.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above major in ecommerce marketing management or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce operation and team management experience is preferred.
3. Excellent communication coordination and teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Familiar with the operation process of ecommerce platforms with data analysis and report writing ability.
5. Experience in crosscultural work is preferred.
Language requirements:
Thai is fluent Chinese is fluent.
Working time: Monday to Saturday 9am 6pm
