Tasks
- Operational Efficiency: Identify friction points streamline workflows and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and unlock growth opportunities.
- Vendor & Product Onboarding: Own the onboarding journey for our vendors and their product catalogs ensuring a seamless and scalable process that sets them up for success from day one.
- Financial Operations: Take charge of the process for invoicing reconciliation and financial operations ensuring transactions are seamless transparent and built to scale.
- Customer Key Contact: Serve as a key point of contact for our most important customers proactively addressing their needs resolving challenges and fostering strong longterm partnerships.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key operational metrics extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to refine processes and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in operations management preferably in a startup or management consulting with a strong focus on scaling processes and efficiency.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
- A selfstarter with a proactive mindset and an handson attitude capable of working independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and engage directly with customers.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
- Big plus:
- Background in retail ecommerce online platforms SaaS with a deep understanding of industry challenges and operational needs.
- Familiarity with financial operations including invoicing reconciliation and payment processing.Experience with JavaScript and SQL.
