Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Ecommerce Operations Leadership: Maintain highlevel communication with department heads staff and vendors to
ensure smooth operations. Oversee sales strategies and lead new product launches.
Operational Management Excellence:
Ensure costeffective and efficient operations. Lead the improvement of operational systems processes and best practices. Supervise midlevel staff and mentor team members.
Financial & Performance:
Generate executive reports and dashboards.
Prepare financial statements and conduct profitability analysis. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data to drive strategic decisions.
Compliance and Strategic Planning:
Monitor and present KPIs and performance metrics to the board.
Utilize data analysis for strategic insights and trends.
Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives.
Lead change management initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Marketing & Sales:
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in quality assurance protocols and cost management.
Technical proficiency in MS Office and operational software. Should be available locally in Qatar.
