JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Our client is looking for a driven Sales Manager (HVAC AC & Ventilation) to play an integral role in their team expanding their AC and ventilation services while leading new business initiatives.
- The Sales Manager (HVAC AC & Ventilation) will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of air conditioning (AC) and ventilation solutions including installations and service/maintenance plans.
- This remote role will require a sales leader with a proven track record in HVAC especially within the contracting sector. You will oversee the full sales process from identifying new opportunities and negotiating deals to maintaining longterm client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge experience with installation and maintenance contracts and a network of skilled engineers to support operations.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Sales Leadership & Growth
- Take charge of expanding our market share within the AC and ventilation sectors by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Drive sales efforts in both the installation of AC systems and ventilation solutions as well as longterm service and maintenance contracts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Actively seek new business opportunities through outreach networking and leveraging industry contacts.
Client Relationship Development
- Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers across contractors developers and commercial property owners.
- Provide expert consultations on AC and ventilation systems advising clients on the best solutions for their specific needs.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by offering tailored longterm HVAC solutions that meet the technical and operational requirements of each client.
Technical Expertise & Service Contracts
- Offer detailed insights into AC and ventilation systems ensuring customers understand their options and the benefits of various solutions.
- Promote and sell comprehensive service and maintenance packages ensuring clients receive ongoing support and operational efficiency from their HVAC systems.
- Oversee negotiations ensuring terms are favourable to both the company and the client while maintaining strong profit margins.
Team Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery including installation and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate remotely with other teams within the company ensuring the timely and successful delivery of HVAC services.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC trends products and regulations to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Monitor and assess industry trends identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the company remains ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market conditions and customer feedback to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipelines manage leads and close deals effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Experience
- A minimum of 5year experience in sales within the HVAC sector particularly focused on AC and ventilation.
- Proven experience in a contracting environment where you ve sold and managed HVAC systems installations and service contracts.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems specifically air conditioning and ventilation solutions.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a clientfocused approach to sales.
- Expertise in managing sales processes from lead generation to closing contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams including engineers to ensure smooth project .
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and manage opportunities.
Network & Industry Knowledge
- Established network of HVAC engineers and installers to support project and maintenance services.
- Solid knowledge of current trends and best practices in HVAC particularly AC and ventilation.
