Floor Supervisor
As a floor supervisor you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of a business or organization. Your role will involve supervising staff ensuring quality control handling customer interactions and maintaining safety and compliance. You will also be involved in training and development inventory management and reporting on various aspects of the floors operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that supplies are stocked.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on various aspects of the floors operations such as sales productivity and employee performance.
