Job Description
Floor Supervisor
As a floor supervisor you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of a business or organization. Your role will involve supervising staff ensuring quality control handling customer interactions and maintaining safety and compliance. You will also be involved in training and development inventory management and reporting on various aspects of the floors operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of employees provide guidance and address any issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure that products or services meet the companys quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints provide excellent customer service.
- Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the team.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed and the work environment is compliant with relevant regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that supplies are stocked.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on various aspects of the floors operations such as sales productivity and employee performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Ability to handle customer interactions effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
Candidate with a minimum 2 years experience with any building materials channel sales experience(Any educational background)
