Job Description
Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Training or certifications in hotel or hospitality management are an added advantage.
Management Skills: Ability to manage and organize floor operations, including supervising work teams and ensuring quality standards are met.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff, and handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Attention to Detail: Ensure the cleanliness and quality of the floor rooms and provide a comfortable guest experience.
Organization Skills: Ability to organize and coordinate crew tasks and ensure smooth running of the business.
