Lead and supervise daytoday floor operations ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experiences
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas conducting regular inspections
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
Train mentor and manage team members fostering a supportive work environment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations
Manage inventory implement safety protocols and prepare daily reports on room status and team performance
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; customerfocused with problemsolving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts and perform physical tasks associated with the role
Knowledge of hotel operations safety standards and housekeeping best practices
