Job Description
- Lead and supervise daytoday floor operations ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas conducting regular inspections
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Train mentor and manage team members fostering a supportive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations
- Manage inventory implement safety protocols and prepare daily reports on room status and team performance
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; customerfocused with problemsolving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts and perform physical tasks associated with the role
- Knowledge of hotel operations safety standards and housekeeping best practices
