Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other channels.
- Research prospective clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.
- Engage with decisionmakers and influencers to generate interest in our products and services.
- Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in sales business development or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Interest in the hightech industry is a plus.
