Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other channels.
  • Research prospective clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.
  • Engage with decisionmakers and influencers to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
  • Previous experience in sales business development or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
  • Interest in the hightech industry is a plus.

Location: Barcelona Spain (OnSite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM 39 hours per week)
