Overview:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business expansion and supply acquisition efforts in Hong Kong Macao and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with deep market insights strong negotiation skills and expertise in the luxury goods industry including highend fashion accessories watches and designer brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development account management and ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion and supply acquisition across Hong Kong Macao and Southeast Asia staying ahead of market trends and supply chains in the luxury goods industry.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors suppliers and brands to enhance product offerings and optimize supply flow.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and analytics to execute promotional campaigns and business strategies.
- Conduct weekly data analysis on sales inventory and brand/category performance using insights to forecast demand and optimize sales.
- Oversee daily business metrics manage vendor relationships negotiate pricing and drive revenue growth through strategic supply planning.
- Develop structured vendor growth programs including product preparation platform training and operational improvements.
- Lead weekly monthly quarterly and annual business reviews adjusting business strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
- Monitor order fulfillment performance identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed growth and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management with 3 years in the ecommerce industry.
- Strong expertise in luxury goods including highend fashion accessories and watches.
- Proven understanding of market trends consumer behavior and distribution channels in Hong Kong & Southeast Asia.
- Indepth knowledge of ecommerce supply chains business operations models and industry verticals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive selfdriven and resultsoriented approach.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead crossfunctional projects.
- Datadriven mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills capable of leveraging insights for business decisions.
- Confidence in presentations verbal and written communications and ability to engage with Clevel stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis tools and relevant business software.
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Native Chinese and advanced English language skills
