Do you thrive on creating connections and uncovering opportunities Were a leading Amazon agency searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on appointment setting and lead generation driving the future of our growth.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new leads and book appointments with potential clients.
- Identify decisionmakers and nurture relationships to open new doors.
- Create tailored outreach campaigns using a mix of communication channels (email LinkedIn calls etc.).
- Optimize appointmentsetting processes to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage content and campaigns for lead generation.
- Analyze and track leadgeneration performance providing reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven success in appointment setting and outbound lead generation (minimum 23 years in sales or business development).
- Strong experience connecting with prospects creating opportunities and converting leads into appointments.
- Familiarity with the Amazon or ecommerce space is a bonus but not requiredbe ready to learn quickly!
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with potential clients.
- Strong selfmotivation organization and an eye for detail in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual results.
