Job Description
We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Business Intelligence Analyst.
Compensation:
COP 3.4M 4.6M/month.
COP 3.4M 4.6M/month.
Location:

- You are proficient in AI (Artificial intelligence) BI (Business intelligence) data analytics and Snowflake.
- English Native or fully fluent.
- Spanish Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support internal Prism and Vensure requests develop new reporting capabilities and enhance data systems. You will also play a key role in building and optimizing data schemas enabling adhoc reporting and driving AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design dashboards and analytics to support internal Prism and Vensure requests.
- Assist with building additional Snowflake/Sigma data schemas to enable adhoc reporting.
- Scope and design new reports for the RDC backlog.
- Define data fields on new and existing schemas to improve adhoc reporting and support future AI initiatives.
- Support RDC and RCRT teams through ticket development and UAT.
- Triage support cases effectively.
- Explore and develop advanced capabilities like forecasting and AI using Sigma and Snowflake tools.
- Provide crossplatform/product support for HCM WFM CS Talent Entertainment Epay PHR Tax and future acquisitions.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Intelligence focusing on data analytics and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Sigma tools for building data schemas and generating reports.
- Experience with dashboards forecasting and AI in a BI context.
- Familiarity with various crossplatform/product support including HCM WFM CS Talent Entertainment Epay PHR Tax and acquisitions.
- Strong problemsolving and ticket triage abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Intelligence Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
