Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Maintenance
- Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio Core Connectors EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services (WWS).
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations to ensure optimal performance.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to recommend the best integration solutions.

Testing & Validation
- Develop and execute test plans for integrations including unit endtoend and user acceptance testing.
- Debug and resolve integration issues during testing and postdeployment.

Data Management & Security
- Ensure secure and accurate data transfer between Workday and other systems.
- Monitor data flow and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Document integration designs test cases and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

System Upgrades & Support
- Support Workday system upgrades by testing and updating integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal downtime.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of handson Workday integration experience.
- Proven track record of designing and managing Workday integrations.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
- Knowledge of XML XSLT SOAP REST APIs and other integration technologies.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience with Workday modules like HCM Payroll or Financials.
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g. Dell Boomi MuleSoft).

Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience. Proven track record of designing and managing Workday integrations. Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). A Software engineer who quickly familiarizes him/herself with complex, large-scale environments. Knowledge and experience with CyberArk and its components is a MUST. Experience with other components from the CyberArk portfolio (PSM, PSMP, CPM, OPM, Conjur etc.) is an strong advantage, as well as programming/scripting experience. Experience with role based access and audit driven requests. Knowledge and experience of working in a SCRUM/Agile DevOps team. Writing and maintaining Test cases tests where it is an objective of the team to work towards. Maintaining the documentation (Confluence) of our products and keeping the source code up to date. Participating in doing upgrades, fixes off hours in a 24/7 standby schedule (not very often). Time is rewarded for anytime this is done. The team also uses Azure DevOps/Teams for work-item management and knowledge sharing. Desirable Skills: Agile way of working
