REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 10 years.
- Expertise in Workday Integration tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Report Writer.
- Strong working experience in Calculated Fields and Workday Studio.
- Hands on experience in Workday Connectors (Core PECI PICOF) for Payroll Integrations.
- Experience with Web Services & APIs (WSDL SOAP REST WS standards).
- Handson experience with Document Transformation and XSLT.
- Knowledge of Workday Core HR business processes and Workday Security.
- Experience with Middleware integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi etc.).
- Familiarity with source control systems (TFS Git) and SCM tools.
- Understanding of SCM tools and practices experience with Team Foundation Server.
- Work with HR and IT teams to align integration strategies with business needs.
- Assist in business requirements gathering and translate them into technical work items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Talent and Performance.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture framework and highlevel design of the application for the developers.
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
