Job Description
Job Description: Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete management of IT Infrastructure ServiceNow endpoints management projects including resource and change management vendor coordination communications training requirements and budget (if applicable).
Estimate the necessary resources and participants to achieve project goals.
Review and recommend changes reductions or additions to the overall project.
Serve as the liaison between IT stakeholders vendors and endusers.
Ensure the efficiency of project coordination processes such as planning scheduling budgeting and risk assessment.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and staff at all levels assisting in the development training and assignment of work/projects to team members reporting to others.
Create an environment where team members can work together efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors through frequent communication to answer questions and ensure the required delivery of services.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree required.
24 years of relevant work experience including project and team management.
Experience in project plan development including charter scope project management approach management plans statement of work cost estimates and schedule.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; ability to interface and influence all levels within the organization including facilitation consulting negotiation and presentation.
Strong project management and coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders across various technology platforms and business areas.
Strong technical skills and experience ideally in coordinating projects related to enduser or clientimpacting technical deliveries or migrations (e.g. operating system migration new collaboration tool deployment new software/hardware deployment custom application deployment).
Proficiency in project plan and budget management.
Knowledge of project management best practices.
Experience in identifying and mediating risk.
Ability to interact with multiple vendors daily and manage various tasks.
