Contacts customers adeptly addresses inquiries and appropriately handles them including field phone calls.
Manages internal events to optimize revenue generation while meeting internal requirements.
Oversees the general document production and distribution and ensures consistent accuracy of activity records such as maintaining daily event boards and files.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality or any related courses.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in events or administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and meeting space capacities pertaining to health and safety procedures and terminology of meeting room set ups.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
