What youll be doing
- Oversee strategic clients across the Retail with the goal of managing existing revenue retention renewals upsells and crosssells
- Continuously add to the pipeline of the Retail by researching and understanding the trends of the Retail
- Partner closely with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met
- Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian
- Oversee GTM and crosssell strategies across your existing book of business to drive overall growth and success within the Retail
- Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously grow Experians products and solutions
- Be the clients goto thought leader across the Retail
- Effectively manage your existing pipeline within Saleforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all time
Qualifications :
What your background looks like
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience selling enterprise identity audience measurement and analytics solutions to clients in the Retail
- Experience selling enterprise solutions with a combination of SaaS or DaaS commercial models and deal sizes exceeding mid sixfigures to sevenfigures annually
- Experience managing portfolio of revenue between $5M $50M annually
- Existing client relationships across the Retail
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles
- Sales drive and motivation
- Ability to build a strong pipeline managing a book of business of 7 figures plus
- Intellectual horsepower political savvy combined with problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong oral written and presentation communication skills
- Strong customer service organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel approx. 40% of time
