Job Description

As a leader in consumer data and identitybased marketing solutions Experian Marketing Services is improving the business and consumer experience by offering a complete identity solution. Were doing so through a clearer view across the digital customer buying journey and with strong acquisitions of leading AdTech and MarTech providers with the most recent being Audigent the leader in sellside data and curation 

What youll be doing 

  • Oversee strategic clients across the Emerging with the goal of managing existing revenue retention renewals upsells and crosssells 
  • Continuously add to the pipeline of the Emerging by researching and understanding the trends of the Emerging 
  • Partner closely with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met  
  • Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian 
  • Oversee GTM and crosssell strategies across your existing book of business to drive overall growth and success within the Emerging 
  • Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously grow Experians products and solutions 
  • Be the clients goto thought leader across the Emerging 
  • Effectively manage your existing pipeline within Saleforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all time 

Qualifications :

What your background looks like 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling enterprise identity audience measurement and analytics solutions to clients in the Emerging 
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions with a combination of SaaS or DaaS commercial models and deal sizes exceeding mid sixfigures to sevenfigures annually 
  • Experience managing portfolio of revenue between $5M $50M annually 
  • Existing client relationships across the Emerging 
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles 
  • Sales drive and motivation 
  • Ability to build a strong pipeline managing a book of business of 7 figures plus 
  • Intellectual horsepower political savvy combined with problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Strong oral written and presentation communication skills 
  • Strong customer service organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to travel approx. 40% of time
