Job Description
Position : Architect Assistant (PH & LATAM Hiring)
Client Industry: Construction
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST(Full Remote)
Pay Range :USD (final salary will be based on experience)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant Revit expert with a strong architectural background to assist in the creation of Construction Documents (CDs) electrical design and permitting support for highend residential projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team primarily through email and occasional video calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed Construction Documents (CDs) for luxury residential projects ranging from 10000 to 20000 sq ft.
- Dimension and detail architectural plans in accordance with company standards.
- Design and layout electrical systems within architectural projects.
- Ensure compliance with checklists and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support related to permitting and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit (essential);
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts with experience in largescale residential construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and guidelines.
- Effective written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on highvalue residential projects.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and documentation.
- Experience in working with offshore teams.
Work Setup
- Candidate may begin work using their own equipment with a companyprovided setup available later.
- Comprehensive training materials (videos and written guides) will be provided.
- Tasks will be managed and assigned via an online system.
