Job Description

Role: Product Manager
Location: Palo Alto CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Experience and Qualification:

  • Proven track record in developing and leading enterprisewide fraud detection and prevention programs across multiple financial institutions. Successfully implemented fraud programs and technologies that resulted in over $28 million in fraud prevention annually and significant recoveries including $1.2 million in check fraud recoveries.
  • Led fraud risk management initiatives by creating documented fraud policies processes and training programs. Collaborated with department leaders risk and compliance teams to evaluate fraud risks in new products and services enhancing the organizations overall fraud prevention capabilities.
  • Spearheaded the implementation of advanced fraud detection tools and identity verification solutions reducing fraud exposure and improving operational efficiencies. Successfully negotiated contracts and leveraged technology to achieve cost savings of over $33000 annually while enhancing fraud detection.
  • Drove product management initiatives with a focus on fraud prevention managing fraud risk assessments roadmaps and KPIs. Played a key role in the launch of new fraud detection tools and processes aligning them with organizational goals and ensuring continuous improvements to fraud detection and recovery efforts.
