You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Technical Project Manager is responsible for the project management within the engineering organization. She
or he is responsible for the complete System Development in a project with being the Central interface to the
Customer as well as Internal Product Engineering Stakeholder Teams.
Leading engineering Product teams within the Engineering Organization to deliver the Project Deliverables in order to
attain the Project Technical Scope.
Detailed Project responsibilities are given each project Project phase wise.
1Pre Acquistion Phase and Customer Quotation Inputs:
Coordinate with acquisition manager to study and review customer technical requirements (RFQ analysis)
Prepare feedback for customer and conduct project Technical feasibility assessment with the customer.
Performs Initial risk analysis and highlights to the Acquisition team in prior.
Plan for budget for Engineering project (Project Application Specific)
2Requirements Management:
Review the technical scope of the project on a System level. > Create Stakeholder
Requirements Specifications for the overall system
Define SW and HW milestones in line with the Customer specific Vehicle Milestones
Establishing the infrastructure requirements for system level testing i.e. component and vehicle level test
infrastructure
Conduct technical review meetings with customer to finalize Technical scope on a System Level.
3Requirements Development:
Conduct regular review with customer for project progress / status risk new requirements delays change
management etc.
Participate in internal OPL review meetings.
Reviews updated customer requirements.
Drive to achieve engineering QCD target.
4. Verification and Validation:
Definition (which Tests who will do) and documents issues if any and provide corrective action plan for
implementation in time
Plans and provide test vehicle with all Non Bosch sensors and actuators across various
Project stages for System integration and testing related activities.
Support customer side testing.
Coordinate with customer for final sign off complete System in terms of production readiness and overall
performance as per System requirements.
Deliver customer test data development reports release notes to customer (by coordinating with Component
teams) for final Release.
5.Others:
Participate in project Quality Gates and assessments reviews update PjM about the technical project progress and
attainment of the technical scope of the Project.
Provide technical support to customer during Customer launch support.
Supports Quality Teams for System Level Debugging and mapping the issue to Product Related Teams.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors/ Masters in Automotive /Electronics /Mechatronics Engineering
Engineering or automotive related
Working Experience:
>3years of experience in the automotive industry and worked on any of the electric vehicle or eMotorcycle system
components( Would be preferred)
Knowledge/Skills:
Good Communication skills business sense customer & result orientation.
Very good understanding on the architecture of the electric vehicle and components(Would be preferred)
Good knowledge and/or experience in understanding the electric signals control algorithms vehicle CAN.
Bosch Product Engieering Process knowledge is preferred
Good knowledge and/or experience in understanding the electric signals control algorithms vehicle CAN
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners for the program.
Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying
Feature requests recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive
timelines with optimal solutions
Knowledge on two wheeler dynamics and engine management system is an added advantage
Better to have Complete Product Lifecycle management knowhow

Own riding license will be better
