Job Description
Technical Project Manager for eCompresor inverter. Technical responsible for inverter electronic development in EEM for customer PSTS. Leading of the SE team with the domains System SW Mechanic and HW development and technical docs e.g. product spec.
Products : eCompresor inverter Electronics Development

Major Responsibilities :
1) Management of all technical content in eCompressor inverter projects
- Lead the technical project team and the project achieve project objectives
- Drive technical inverter platform portfolio fitting to different product requirements
- Establish the technical project plan (define estimate work packages and create time schedule together with SE team and resource managers)
- Handling of technical requests
- Update and provide the technical definition of samples
- Moderate SETeam Technical Project Management Meeting
- Coordinate development activities across component developments and subsystems
- Track the system engineering milestones in the system schedule
- Drive aggressive cost down measures to ehnahnce compettivness
- Prepare and present technical project status to stakeholders steering committee team...
2) Interface to the engineering line organization and technical customer interface.
3) Follow company development engineering process and quality processes
4) Continuously improve local development process and ensure process compliance.
5) Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree and above major in engineering domain.
> 3 years experience in product development for automotive products preferred experience in Electric Drive Electronic related product development
Deep knowledge in more than one engineering domain (HW Mech System)
Good communication skills
Quick learning capability
Familiar with BBM development process
Project Management knowledge
Experience with technical project lead
