Develop project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with
stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee project execution ensuring adherence to schedule
budget and quality standards.
Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients team
members and vendors.
Allocate resources effectively including personnel equipment and budgetary
resources.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project.
Develop risk management plans and implement strategies to mitigate and
manage risks.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive
measures to address emerging issues.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client
expectations.
Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and
evaluate project performance.
Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement
and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Overall onsite inspection and coordination work
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in the related field.
Possess Construction related certification
8 years of experience in the relevant field
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical
and problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements
priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements standards and best practices
in project management
Proficient in both English and Mandarin
Possess Australian PR permanent residency
