Job Description

Technical Training and Product Education

  • Design develop and conduct technical training programs for internal teams contractors and external stakeholders focusing on roofing and waterproofing systems.
  • Ensure accurate uptodate knowledge transfer of application techniques product benefits and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to produce training materials including online resources manuals and video content.

Project Support and Application Assistance

  • Provide onsite and remote project support assisting contractors and clients in the correct application of Sika products.
  • Serve as the technical expert troubleshooting issues and offering immediate support to resolve onsite challenges.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure quality standards efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement and Documentation

  • Gather feedback from training sessions and project support activities to refine training modules and enhance product documentation.
  • Maintain technical documentation including application guides product data sheets and troubleshooting protocols ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales marketing technical support and R&D teams to stay aligned on new product developments and market trends.
  • Participate in project planning meetings providing insights into application feasibility and training needs.

Customer Relations and Service

  • Foster positive relationships with clients contractors and project teams ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Address and report on customer feedback complaints and suggestions to support continuous product and service improvement.
     

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training project support or a similar role within the construction or building materials industry preferably with a focus on roofing or waterproofing products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and application methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with CAD /
    Cinema 4d systems.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC as required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and conduct training sessions effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • This role is ideal for a selfmotivated individual with technical expertise a passion for training and a commitment to customer service excellence.
