Purpose of the Role
This role is important to our success by continuing to grow our business working with Architect Surveyors Designers contractors and building owners. Reporting into the Regional Manager you will be joining a very highly trained team of specialists and become part of the industries most professional technical sales teams.
Whats In it for You
The Opportunity:
To promote and sell Sika Roofing products (All technologies) in a designated territory within the roofing sector. Achieve preagreed sales targets by obtaining specifications from a range of clients and specifiers to grow Sikas presence within the roofing sector.
To develop the contractor and customer base within the area to deliver ongoing sales growth and market penetration with Architects Surveyors Building Owners Specifiers Main Contractors local authorities and Roofing Contractors.
Internally the main business contact will be with all roofing related departments and also colleagues from other Target Markets within Sika for multi channel opportunities.

Qualifications :
The Skills
Communication problem solving negotiation relevant IT ability are needed.
Experience in the UK Construction Industry (preferably with a roofing background but this is not essential) and specification led selling experience.
Demonstrate a clear and ongoing experience of delivering major project sales within the construction industry
A significant commitment to professional and personal development from day one including a comprehensive local product knowledge and leadership development initiatives complimented by a global Sika Business School offering.
