Our client and international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self driven individuals to join their Sales team in their new office in Poland.
Tasks
- To proactively engage with players via outbound calls providing assistance with site usage to boost activity retention and reactivation rates.
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
- Promoting the site products campaigns and overall entertainment offering
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
- Work with other departments such as Payments Risk VIP and Customer Support
Requirements
- Experience in online sales or a customer oriented position
- An energetic passion for customer service and sales
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys sites products and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
- Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of Turkish and English
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
- Based in Poland already
- Available to work on shift bases Monday to Friday on shifts from 10am to 1900pm or 12pm to 2100pm working 2 Saturdays per month (one day off to compensate during that week)
