You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a motivated autonomous Account Manager to strengthen our Customer Success Department for the DACH region. You will own a large portfolio of clients ensuring they maximize the value of our sustainable procurement solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor guiding clients to scale their sustainability initiatives across their global supply chains. Your ability to build strong relationships understand client needs drive improvement and leverage technology will be crucial in accelerating their success. You will be expected to strategically engage with impacted stakeholders to discuss complex sustainable procurement solutions in German and English.
Qualifications :
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with a large portfolio of clients acting as their main point of contact. Ensuring that they maximize the value they get from the EcoVadis solutions and provided selfservice resources
Advise a portfolio of up to 50 accounts on the strategic implementation of their sustainable procurement program enable and support changes when required. Promote upsell of additional solutions and addons when needed.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customer project managers and decision makers. Organize and lead highimpact data driven strategic checkins with clients. Know when to step in while letting automation work.
Carefully monitor operations with your customers (forecast and delivery) in order to guarantee operational KPIs are met.
Support clients compliance efforts by helping clients leverage our solution for their supply chain due diligence.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Renewal Management Product and further global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage and retain a portfolio of clients proactively addressing challenges and recommending solutions internally as well as externally.
Track key success metrics and report on customer health engagement and satisfaction.
Contribute to Ecovadis continuous improvement process by providing feedback to the product management team on solution development needs.
Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere.
We are looking for
Experience: 3 years in customer success account management or clientfacing roles in a SaaS company.
SaaS & Sustainable Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and automation tools. Knowledge of procurement systems is an asset but not mandatory.
ClientCentric Mindset: Strong ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to anticipate client challenges and proactively develop solutions. High level of resilience and open to work in a constantly changing environment.
DataDriven Approach: Comfortable analyzing data to drive strategic decisions and recommendations.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
Fluently in English and German is a must
Adaptability & TechSavviness: Comfortable learning and demonstrating new technologies to clients.
Change Management Experience: Supporting organizations through process automation and adoption.
