Job Description

We Are Looking For Male HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring (BPO)
Location: Infopark Kakkanad
Job Type: Fulltime Hybrid (5 days a week)
Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Salary: 22000 to 28000 per month
Cab Facilities: Available

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Male HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience in bulk hiring for a BPO company in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have excellent fluency in English and a strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle bulk hiring for various BPO positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Schedule and manage interviews negotiate offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives as needed.


Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in bulk hiring preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
